AADS WINTER SCHOOL Scheduled for Feb. 18-19, 2012 HAS BEEN CANCELLED due to lack of attendance.

If you have already paid, you will be receiving a refund via cheque.

Location – TBA in the Edmonton vicinity depending on weather and availability of Northern Alberta Sports Car Club ice race track on a lake near Edmonton. Classroom session Feb. 18, 1 PM., in Edmonton, location TBA.

On track – Feb. 19, 9 AM, lake TBA.

Registration --- via Karelo. Cost $275 per student whether or not they share a car. You need: Helmet --- we have a limited number of helmets available for rent. If you have your own it must be SNELL 2000, SNELL 2005,or SNELL 2010 stickered ( M or SA). Car in good winter driving condition, with ice and snow tires. All season tires are no good. No convertibles. SUV’s and trucks --- only BMW and Porsche SUV or SAV’s will be accepted. No pickup trucks, vans, mini-vans, or SUVs or SAVs of any other make. You will need our mechanical inspection form, signed by a licensed mechanic as well as confirmation of recent brake fluid flush.

NOTE --- we need to get things organized asap but the weather, ice conditions, and track availability can force us to cancel without a lot of notice. We need at least 20 students signed up by January 31, 2011 to justify the effort so please register asap. If we have to cancel there will be a full refund.
